There are a lot of good things about this bag and some significant problems with mine in particular. The compartments are good sizes and it can hold everything you'd need worth regards to pumping for a day out. The problem is that it is flimsy and mine came with several defects including a ripped shoulder support pad and a tear on the inside of the insulated bag. For such a specialty and expensive product, I would have expected a better inspection process.

This bag looks nice and feels like it'll be sturdy enough for the daily haul back and forth to work. But the tag that comes attached to the bag depicts and describes some features my bag doesn't have - a zipper pouch on the front and a special place for baby's picture. It's still functional without those things.

I bought this bag because it seemed like the only bag that would fit my Symphony. It is flimsy like others have pointed out. The Symphony sits in the bottom of my bag sort of like a can in a plastic grocery bag. I have trouble finding space for anything more than my flanges, pump, and milk bags.

I like to carry things for the apocalypse since I'm active duty such as sanitizing bags/wipes, extra bags, adaptors, batteries etc. There truly is not enough space for anything more. The outer pockets I would not trust to place objects in because the material is very slick and anything could fall out.

Also my Symphony came with the bottle stand which I never bring because there is no space for it. I did notice that the picture on the tag that the bag came with is not the same as the actual product. The Medela tag has a nice zip up pouch that my bag did not come with so I don't know if it is authentic.

Hope this helps but like me you may not have a lot of options.

I bought this bag to fit my Spectra S1 double electric pump and accessories, as a more efficient option for carrying everything than the tote and cooler bags available from the Spectra website. The pump and charger fit neatly into the main compartment and so does a Pumparoo wet-bag containing flanges and other attachments, with room to spare. The insulated side pocket holds 3-4 bottles (4 oz sizes) and an ice pack, though it's also deep enough to hold two 9 oz bottles if required, I think. The bag itself is more functional than fancy. I'm very pleased with the purchase overall as it will keep everything I need to use and allow me to transport it all without hassle.

Bag works well. It's large for carrying extra items, battery packs etc. The cooler portion works well. Material seems resilient.

Con - It is very flimsy. It does not have sides that supports itself like the picture suggests. When you pick it up from the handles, the top tends to pull toward each other at the base of the handles.
