The first one arrived in a very beat up product box and the remote function did not work. I contacted the manufacturer to find out if I was doing something wrong. Their very helpful tech man gave me some instructions, and when they did not work, he immediately set it in motion for a new one to be sent to me. Sadly, it arrived a few days after Christmas, but my grandson was patient. He is really enjoying using it while he plays his at home hockey games with his younger brother. It is a beautiful looking product and does what it says it will do.

So far, we have only tinkered with this scoreboard, but it seems to work perfectly. The lights are very bright. The optional end of period buzzer is so loud, it startled us all the first time it sounded. This product was not cheap, but so far, it seems worth the price.
