I bought this to renew the finish, and waterproof, on an oilcloth (oil skin) cowboy hat. I haven't used it in a rain storm, yet, but it looks like new. It did darken the color, but I'm fine with that. Next, I'll try it on my motorcycle seat and leather saddle bags.

Works better than expected, and a little bit goes a long way. I was working in water, mud, and dust all day, and never once got wet in my non-waterproof boots. A lot of dust stuck to the leather, but easily wiped off. I would imagine after the treatment completely absorbs, that this would be a non issue. Will buy again.

It is easy to apply and seams water proof, washed hands and needed soap to get off, but it will darken leather, that was no concern of mine, I just needed something to work and it seems it may well do the job. RS

This works great! I use it on a leather couch I just purchased, which was used, and was starting to look a little dried out on the arms. This keeps the leather soft and supple, and keeps it from looking dry. I'll be putting this on about once a year from now on. Note, I also use this on the leather seats in my car, and it did a great job on that, except the seats had a couple of those fake leather stickers on a couple of panels were the leather head ripped, and the wax bled through the fake leather and left a bunch of spots. They are slowly going away, but I would avoid using this product on fake leather. Works great on real leather though!
