Really simple prep. I add several hot peppers and slow cook or about 3h. relatively low carb if served with riced cauliflower.

I compared this to the Saffron Road Simmer Tikka Masala Sauce and this taste's better overall due to more spiciness and flavor overall. The only thing that the Saffron Road Simmer Tikka Masala has over this Sukhi one is the fact that it creates a thicker sauce. This Sukhi tikka msala mix creates more of a watery sauce which is not how Tikka Masala should be. Having said that, Sukhi's is still enjoyable. For the better cooks out there, you can definitely improvise to make the sauce thicker and basically use Sukhi's Sauce as a base for a more flavorful and fulfilling Tikka Masala sauce. I have even left the finished product in the fridge for a couple of days and that ends up making the chicken more flavorful!

Made chicken in the crockpot and used this, it was amazingly easy and delicious!

We used to be able to get these vindaloo packets at grocery stores but have not been able to find them lately. Found them on amazon. Definitely follow the directions on the package. I think people complaining about the sauce being too thin might not be following the directions. I used 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup of heavy cream, added when I was supposed to according to the directions. I ended up with a nice thick sauce. Was great and even better the 2nd day. When it was almost done I threw in a bag of rinsed shiritaki noodles for minimal carbs. So flipping good!
