I love this product and have it every morning sprinkled on the foam I put on my coffee. The one thing I would watch out for is if you live in a warm climate, do not order this during the summer. It will be a melted mess. I'm going to order several during winter months to hold me over during the summer.

I love hot chocolate and search looking for a decent mix. After reading the reviews on this product, I decided to give this a chance. It is very yummy. The chocolate shavings makes it a time saver when stirring up your drink. It melts very nicely. Not too sweet, so you can adjust the drink for how sweet you want it.

I bought this as a gift for a hot chocolate nut - she's totally obsessed with the stuff!! She had never tried it - and I had never heard of it - so I figured it was worth a shot. Well she cannot stop raving about the stuff. I got her this one & the Mocha Hot Chocolate they also offer - this one was her favorite. It's apparently chocolate shavings - so you can literally eat it with a spoon (I guess you can do that with the other powdered stuff...but this is just straight up chocolate).
If you are a hot chocolate nut or are trying to find a gift for one, I would definitely recommend it. She's gone on so much about it I'm debating buying it for myself to try...

Nice, clean cocoa flavor. I wasn't expecting the product to be in swirly little flakes or shavings, and it does need to be heated well before dissolving thoroughly. I gave a 4 stars for this reason alone. Other than that the cocoa does not incorporate into a cup of boiled water easily, it has a very nice, rich flavor. I don't get a headache with this product, and I do with store brands, and I think this product would also make a nice topping for mousse and beverages.
