I've tried a few cocoa powders to mix with my "coffee wanna be" Pero (w/stevia works as a mocha). This is by far the best tasting. More towards the sort of chocolate you might eat in bar form rather than the typical cocoa powder. I am hooked.

The very very best chocolate. We make ours with Milk, RAW HONEY and a little vanilla at the end of heating. Sometimes it the best part of our day. (2 cups of milk , 4 tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of honey for 2 cups) What a mix and not sharp like adding sugar!

I love the product. Whole Foods sells it for $3.00 less, which I learned after the fact. So even though I love it, I will be buying elsewhere.

Tastes amazing. Sourced fairly. Did I mention it tastes amazing? Unfortunately my body has a bad reaction to this, not sure if it's the alkali processing or the cocoa itself but my skin breaks out horribly when I eat this in both baked and raw recipes. I've tested it repeatedly and this is definitely the culprit. So for those of you who suffer from acne, be aware that powdered cocoa can sometimes cause breakouts.
