I live on this stuff! I use it instead of milk and have been for a long time.
Good organic milk for coffee when traveling.

This is the only organic dry milk that I have found. Taste is good when mixed and added to coffee. You can't just add to the coffee it needs to go into a shaker and be shaken for a couple minutes with plain water. Good solid packaging for travel but wish it came in smaller packs.
Good to keep for when you run out of milk.

I put a tablespoon of the dry milk in my protein drinks to make them creamier. It also makes a good glass of non-fat dry milk. I can always count on NOW foods to provide quality foods and supplements. I was introduced to NOW products by a Naturopathic doctor in 1994 and have been a customer ever since.
