Warning!! These chocolate mini chips are addictive!!

Since these mini chips are unavailable in my area, I decided to give them a try. Very tasty with a deep chocolate flavor. Great for snacking as well as baking. I highly recommend. They also come packaged with a gel pack and extra padding.

Great for making real Hot Chocolate

I bought these to use to make real hot chocolate (as opposed to hot cocoa). These have a really nice flavor when melted and stirred into hot milk - not too sweet, though others might feel the need to add some sugar. I've been taste tasting many different brands of chocolate in my quest for the perfect hot chocolate and these fit the bill. The small size helps them melt quickly.

These are great for adding to banana, zucchini, pumpkin breads. Coat with a little flour; because they are small, they do not settle to the bottom. I love them in ricotta pie with added orange zest.
