I bought the first one for my first cat. We then rescued the second cat, and she loved the perch too. They would fight over it, so I bought a second one. They are very happy! Easy to assemble and great price.

I purchased this for my elderly cat who is 20 years old. He can easily walk up the three tiers to sit on the perch or he will use this as stairs to reach other surfaces. Its soft and made well for the price paid. The top perch is good for him, he is a black cat that used to be close to 18 lbs, but he is now around 10 lbs and he fits. I would say it would not work well for large cats. He likes to play with the hanging mouse also. This vacuums up well, but I have not tried cleaning the fabric part yet. That might be a little more difficult so I chose to use tiny (baby sized) blanket/covers for the top part to cut down on cleaning maintenance.

27" Casita Cat Tree. I bought these for a very specific reason. I have one cat and one dog. The dog likes the tasty treats found in the litter box (blech). So, I keep the litter box up on a table, where the dog can't get to it. However, my cat has poor eyesight, and trouble judging distance. So jumping up to her box, and back down would be difficult. I purchased this so she could use it like stairs. Good height. And with the large circular landings, it works much better than actual pet stairs (which tend to be narrow, steep and not very tall). Mushroom (my cat) absolutely loves it! Uses it every time. Bonus...the material helps catch some of the litter, that would otherwise be all over the floor.

This is AMAZING quality for the price! I am actually jealous of my cats. the carpet is much higher quality nearly all cat products like it; and it's padded. the instructions were also much clearer than most (though it's not nearly as complicated as some i have put together). the mouse dangling drove one of our cats NUTS the moment it came out of the box. speaking of, the mouse toy is on there VERY well, and isn't going to just break off after a few yanks. thick high quality elastic material which goes THROUGH the mouse and then well tied off.

My cat LOVES this thing and so do I! It was easy to put together; it took just moments. I bought it so that I could feed one cat on a high ledge and discourage the other (much fatter) cat from eating her food, as she does all the time. It works; my fat cat does not climb on it, and the other cat uses it to reach the ledge and now she eats in peace.

I do wish the screws in the bottom were counter-sunk, but I am going to cover the bottom with felt because it sits on a tile floor and I can hear the screws hitting the ceramic when the cat jumps on it. Other than that, it's great. We've had it for almost 2 weeks and the mouse is STILL ATTACHED, even though she plays with it vigorously every day. She loves the scratching post. I'm glad I got this; it was a great value, compared to the price of these things in big-box pet stores.
