Not sure what's different about this brand of rice compared to brands I buy in the store, but I really like this rice. I make this in my rice cooker and it comes out restaurant grade every time. For a while there, I was eating this rice with everything.
It does come in a resealable bag, which isn't something that store bought rice comes with. That feature alone is worth it.

Good product. This was not terribly dirty had quite alot of starch, both of which washed out of rice well. Cooked up nicely maybe slightly moist, will use less water next time, but despite being slightly moist worked well in the recipe. The price was right and I am happy with this purchase.

A very nice "sticky" type rice for ethnic dishes. I've been taking Vietnamese cooking classes. I could never get my fried rice to taste like the restaurant rice. Jasmine Rice works beautifully for fried rice. One thing I did learn I was doing incorrectly, was to make this rice ahead of time. It should be COLD before adding & cooking other ingredients to it. Wow! That worked. Who would have known. I make an egg omelet, then chop it up, add all other ingredients to this rice while cooking. Yum!!!

This is a huge bag, it smells wonderful cooking, and it tastes great. Can't get a lot of things in the rural part of the world we live in, but this shipped right to my door!
