This is great smelling and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner! My daughters both have long and unruly hair, my oldest has long curls and my other daughter has long wavy hair. They both deal with tangles all day and certain shampoos and conditioners just Aggravate both of their hair and make it crispy and dry. Bed Head is not one of those brands! It smells so good and sweet and the conditioner makes combing their hair after a shower a breeze! This particular formula is so hydrating and I can see the difference in both of their hair after a few washes! If you have dry unruly hair give this a try, you will love the smell and softness it brings!

This shampoo and conditioner is not my most favorite but it does get the job done and it smells really good! I've since gone sulfate free with my shampoos and conditioners and I do believe that makes a difference.

I used to strictly buy Bed Head products several years ago until it seemed most products had a bad smell or made my head extremely itchy. They've changed their formula over the years obviously and after not buying anything Bed Head for over a year I decided to try again hoping they tweaked the formula again (to better it). This shampoo and conditioner does smell good, however it gives my hair almost an elastic-like feel when I brush it. It feels very dry and my hair stretches out and seems to have a good amount come out. I never had any problems with my hair before, and don't dye it, I just like using a quality shampoo and conditioner to help prevent split ends or dry weak hair but this is not the one. It makes my hair very dry and lack shine, as well as making me kind of break out on my scalp. Way too harsh. Time to find another brand. Not going to be going back to Bed Head anymore.

I used to work at CosmoProf where they sell this direct from TIGI to hairdressers and salon professionals ONLY, so I know a lot about it and have tried almost every product out there, professional and drugstore, and this is hands down my favorite duo for my fine, straight hair. Keep in mind, my hair is fine, NOT color-treated, straight, and not damaged. This is why this is the level 1 duo - it's for the lowest level in damage (or no damage), if you have damaged, dry or frizzy hair you need to use the blue or the red duo of this series or you'll probably be disappointed.
If you have fine hair, then this duo is great for you. It smells amazing and leaves hair super soft. Whenever I switch to a drugstore brand I instantly notice the difference and come back for the TIGI. This is a great price on this product also, the wholesale price you'd be paying if you have a license to do hair.
As far as reviewing the actual product itself it's a great duo if you have fine, thin, undamaged hair.
PACKAGING UPDATE: Looks like they've fixed their packaging issues... Packaging was great, came in a small box that fit the duo snugly and the caps on each bottle were sealed with plastic (kind of like shrink-wrapped) and then both bottles put in a plastic bag, wrapped tightly and sealed. None of the product spilled. The product itself is genuine. Would recommend and would re-purchase from this seller.

New to Bed Head shampoo and conditioner! I bought these because I was almost out of shampoo and conditioner and I wanted to find a good deal. I found TIGI Re-Energize shampoo and conditioner and was really excited about trying this brand! I thought 'that's a lot for a good price'! I am very happy with this product. It was delivered quickly and the bottles were not damaged or leaking.
The shampoo has a lovely lather and the conditioner leaves my hair soft and smooth. I have long hair, but I don't need to use much of either so this will last me a long time!
I would recommend TIGI Bed Head Re-Energize shampoo and conditioner.
