Delicious! This lemon marmalade tasted less sweet than the sugary junk I normally buy in the grocery store. Also, the flavor was a little weaker than jams and preserves but I still really like this. Lemon is a much more difficult flavor to find in the US and this was such a nice treat. The packaging does not say gluten free, but I researched the company and they state their products are in fact GF (although not certified).

This Tiptree Ginger Preserve is way too sweet. The sugary taste masks the ginger. Very disappointing.....And who writes all of these positive reviews? IMHO, many of the reviewers must be sugar-holics without knowledge of how ginger should taste. I would like to acknowledge that the other Tiptree products I've tried are good, they just missed on this ginger recipe.

The tip tree more lol cherry preserve is just wonderful. I had no idea I would receive a replacement. Many, many, many thanks to the tip tree folks for sending me another. I was really, very, very, surprised. Thank you very, very, very, much.

Not sure if it's my memory, or what, but ginger preserves, including this one, aren't as good as I remember from the 80s. Since other food *is* as good, I'm leaning towards thinking it's not me just this once. This may be my favorite of the current crop, though the differences are rather small.

As with anything that has a lot of calories (54 per Tbls) it's got to be good and this lemon marmalade is. I have never seen it in the grocery stores and for an occasional treat for your toast it's very tasty. It reminded me of lemon meringue pie!
