This is an excellent bbq sauce. It is a bit expensive, but honestly that's okay because it did have a great flavor and created a nice glaze on my baby backs. Both my daughters and son-in-laws loved it and there wasn't a speck of meat left on the bones. I do recommend it.

I was really looking forward to trying this sauce. I had heard that famous chefs had used it. I baked some boneless skinless chicken thighs with it, and followed a recipe I found online. I put salt and pepper on the chicken and cooked it for about twenty minutes. Then I put the sauce on and put it in for another fifteen minutes. It was not as good as I had hoped. The sauce was lacking sweetness and it did not have that pop I was looking for.
Excellent sauce not available around here.
