This is the most used vinegar in Italy. This is a great vinegar to drizzle over any meat and any vegtable I could ever think of. Experiment! My fave is BLT sandwich. I slice a baquette down the middle. Cook 8 oz of your favorite bacon on an electric table top grille. Then with the bacon fat still on the grill, I grille the bread until slightly brown. Remove bread and place on a cookie sheet and slice fresh mozz across the top and place in a 300 degree oven until the cheese is softened. Remove, place bacon on top of the mozz, then endive lettuce with the spines removed, then if available garden fresh sliced tomatoes on top of the lettuce. Last but not least drizzle (because it is thick) this wonderful vinegar over the top of this open faced amazing BLT! Serve with your favorite Sauv. Blanc (mine Kim Crawford) and ENJOY!!!
