Wow is this an amazing marinate...While it's called Game Tame, this marinade is fantastic on all meat. Give it a shot, you won't regret.
Takes the game taste out of the meat!

Best marinade for wild game.

It took a little time from the order to the delivery, and I wish it could have been faster. The supplier waited until the last day advertised for shipping to send it. But, after I got it I tried it out on some venison that I was worried about because the deer traveled a long ways after being shot so I was concerned about adrenaline causing the meat to toughen but after about an eight hour marinade I thought it came out great with no toughness and absolutely no wild game taste.

This helps so much with the wild taste of venison. I am starting to eat what my freezer is full of!
Great Stuff!

Really good for venison. Took a 2 pound half-backstrap and scored across rain and marinated in Allegro for a couple of days. Dried it with paper towels, rubbed with olive oil, and liberally seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heated grill to 400+ deg and seared 5 mins a side and let rest for 5 mins. Wonderful medium rare and tender acorn-fed angus. It's too long to deer season!
