AMAZING! Absolutely delicious and exactly what we were looking for. I have missed the taste of this mustard from when I was in Germany. I have tried an unknown amount of mustards trying to find this one! I surprised my boyfriend with this and he was beyond the moon happy. If you have ever been to the Hofbrauhaus, this tastes just like their mustard! YUM!

The bottles arrived well protected by a good thickness of bubble wrap. This mustard truly surprised me. The taste is unusual and while I enjoyed it on eggs and a ham sandwich I will still keep other deli-mustards on hand. Yes, it is sweet and represents a new flavor different that the store-bought versions of 'sweet'. It's subtle and I'm waiting for turkey time to test it out.
