The clock was smaller than I had expected (at the price) but it is a very nice clock. I thought we were missing two screws and I contacted the seller, they were VERY prompt in replying back and through the emails I discovered that I was not missing screws I just needed to squeeze the metal brackets on the head piece to allow for a tighter fit. We have had a few issues getting the clock to continue to tick, but thanks to you tube we found it was stopping because it was not set straight on the wall. Now it is running fast, but again you tube taught us that the pendulum needed to be adjusted. Next I need to get use to the tick tock sound and the coo-coo (Ha-Ha). But overall a very nice clock, well made and the best part is the GREAT customer service, something that is lacking with many companies now a days. Thank you for a great Christmas present for my husband and for the prompt reply.

The clock looks amazing. However, when it arrived, very small parts including the minute hand and the nut to hold it on where just thrown in the box and could have been easily lost. The was obviously a part missing because the minute hand could not be attached. It is a shame.

Broken on arrival returning. Very dissappointed

A beautiful clock. It keeps terrible time but I don't care. I love it anyway. :)
