We've had the Blooming Prairie quilt on our bed for over 10 years! The fabric finally began to wear on my husbands side where he sits to change shoes etc (my side is not worn at all). I flipped the quilt to the reverse side which is undamaged and it looks fine. The print is a pretty yellow floral that matches pieces in the patchwork. However I missed the patchwork design that match the curtain valances and shams. I bought the THROW to tie it all together. I am so pleased that it works perfectly! All of the pieces are exactly the same as the original print though there are a few minor differences as shown in my photos. And though the old quilt has been washed often and used daily for 10 years It has only slightly faded. The new throw coordinates beautifully. I am so impressed with this timeless set.
