First day I received it, I washed it and used it. It's so amazing. I was scared to wash it because some reviews said how the hairs kept falling out but i'm glad mine didn't! The hairs are soft and it's super easy to blend foundation onto your skin. I legit only use half the amount of pumps of foundation using this brush compared to using a beauty blender (which btw just soaks up everything, great blender but uses too much product). I'm so glad someone recommended me this. If you're hesitating to get this, JUST GET IT. See for yourself. See why it has so many reviews and mostly 5 star ones.

It's been about 4 years and I still have my Sigma F80 brush"”no hair fall out, and no breakage. I've used it almost every single day since I first got this brush. The Sigma writing has started to fade, but besides that it's still in perfect condition. I bought it from an Amazon seller named "Number 1 In Service" for $17.04, I'm not sure if the seller still sells it but his/her one is definitely legit. If it's not the real thing than the fake brush is definitely of superior quality to last this long. Btw I've broken Eco Tools brushes before, so I wouldn't say I'm the most careful brush handler. When I first bought it four years ago I was a little hesitant to invest this much money on one brush, but it has definitely paid off. I know it will last many more years"”to infinity and beyond.

Cleaning:
I have not used any special kind of brush cleansing method to preserve my brush. I just use bathroom soap most of the time. Dish soap might be a bit tougher so avoid at all costs. If the makeup is a bit harder to get off I usually rub some castor oil on the tip of the brush to loosen up the colors. Then, I'll go in with my soap and clean it. I don't do any special drying techniques either, I just let it sit on the sink counter with a tissue underneath to pick up any excess water.

I highly recommend buying this brush because it's so versatile can be used with any foundation, and I've even used it to apply bronzer and blushes. Great for traveling because one brush is all you'll need.

Ah, I love my sigma brush with a passion. It is sooo soft, and the coverage is wonderful. This is a great foundation brush for any person who wears foundation. It is user friendly also because the brush is so soft and dense that it does all of the work for you. This is also great for blending powders. If you struggle with blending your bronzer or blush, this would be a great brush to purchase to go over any harsh lines. A staple in my make up collection. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny! I have had mine for over 2 years now and it is still going stronger than ever! Make sure to clean it frequently though for optimal results!

bought this to replace a 'big name brand' that costs more than twice as much that disintegrated within a year... have been using this Sigma brush for several months and love it... actually works just as good if not better than the other brush... the other one started shedding loose hairs after couple months and within a year one day it just fell apart completely.... have been using this one several months so far and it's not shedding at all... is very soft to the skin... I use it for applying cream "It" foundation... gives a beautiful, flawless finish... had never used a brush for foundation until this last year... I'm amazed.... is definitely the best way to apply... and I don't have to spend $50+ for a quality brush... this one is awesome!

Not much to say but simply I was a bit skeptical about buying because of the bad reviews, but decided to try it out for myself. At first It was and amazing at applying my makeup and I thought this was the real thing, but after I washed it shed a lot!!!. It started falling apart I was really disappointed not worth the money.
