$800 Peice of Garbage

I purchased this device and with very light use not even 5 months later the buttons started to fail. Every time I try to change any settings I must press the same button upwards of 10 times. I contacted the seller and and they closed my return with no other response then you are out of warranty. $800 piece of equipment and this seller offers no support what so ever. Stay away from this product and seller.

This is an awesome piece of equipment. I had only used big name brands in the past, and this beats them, hands down. The quality is legit, it is easy to program and use, and so far, no errors! The other brand would have locked up a few times by now, I am sold on BrandTech, and highly recommend this product. For greater savings, use this pipettor with with the BrandTech reservoirs.
