This thing is horrible. The rubber washers all swell when using an aqueous solution and than the dispenser wont pump.
It also feels cheap and the plastic on it is breaking after a year. Its a cheap bottletop dispenser and it is made poorly. You get what you pay for with this product

Calibrate using a graduated cylinder and scale. Not exactly accurate to it's graduations, but delivers consistently when primed properly.

These are great for low viscosity liquids, but once you get to the thicker side of the spectrum, they need a bit more spring.
For my purposes, the only downside is material waste when priming and reducing amounts -- you have to pump out whatever is already primed when you go down from, say, 8mL to 4mL. BrandTech does make higher end pumps that do resolve this issue.
