This is working for me. I've been taking these religiously for several months, and no longer use drops or eye creams. The itchiness associated with dry eye seems to be gone, and my eyes don't water at odd times. As I take a variety of vitamins, I didn't expect the results of adding these to be so dramatic. However, I'm very pleased and will continue to use these for the foreseeable future.

My dry eye specialist includes these capsules in his treatment of cases with serious damage to the oil glands on inside of eyelids. Don't know exactly how this works but in combination with drops and heat treatments, my eyes have 8mproved greatly in the last 2 months of treatment.

I had my doubts, but Ihave been using HydroEye for 6+ months and I have had a significant improvement with my dry eye syndrome. My Opthomologist recommended trying this instead of prescription drops. He said to give it a good 3 months to build up in my body. I do use eye drops in the morning when I wake up, but I do not have to use them again in the same day.
