On tougher grease stains I use this along with a stain fighting detergent and the combination works extremely well. I highly recommend having this in your laundry cabinet.

Granted, I have only used this as per instructions, I always let is sit 5min and no longer before washing, so I cannot attest to what happens if it sits on items much longer.
