filter is stuck on inside can't get off I think ...

filter is stuck on inside can't get off I think this is a fraudulent filter it's blue and my other two are green tried to return but it's stuck I even broke the bottom of filter housing, cleaning pool that has been green since putting filter in, trying to pry the filter off now
