Customer service sucks buyer beware

Read carefully. It doesn't fit on 2" tubing as listed. The product itself is fine, the big rub is I contacted the company and they told me it only fits 1-3/4 inch tube. Interesting. So I asked them to send me correct size bolts, they refused. Ask them to send me a credit so I can buy some, again they refused. Their customer service sucks. So buyer beware. I am unable to return to amazon as the time to do so has past. So now I must spend time and additional money for a product that they said would work. I'd hate to see what'd would happen if a product failed ya I'm more than angry

Love them but had to order new bolts long enough enough for my Kawasaki mule pro. The come with like 60mm bolts and I needed 75mm to attach them.
Also put a set on my rollover protection bar on my scag lawnmower so I could haul my weed eater around on the property.
Very useful, surprisingly sturdy. As I said the only ding is because despite saying it fit the mule pro, it didn't also when I bought it I went ahead and ordered spare bands because I figured they would be the weak point. They are not - tough durable and the design of the clip is such that they don't come off or break.

Not quite the secure mount I expected, but they work fine on my UTV roll cage. Lots of adjustments. Have carried heavy rifles in it and they

These most definitely work on a jeep. I have a wrangler TJ 2000 and these fit perfectly on the bars above the front seats and they are even wide enough to go around the factory bar coverings and I didn't have to remove my skyjacker handles either. The 360 mounting is great for lowering them in low cover woods and raising them all the way up as well. I have a .22 Remington rifle with a scope and 50 capacity clip and it fits great in a few positions.

After using for about 3 weeks on my 2017 gator one of the rubber straps broke, from light use I might add. The one that holds the stock of my .17 air rifle is also noticeably more loose than the lighter end that holds the barrel. I can't seem to find a link in my orders to email the seller for a replacement or refund. Guess the reviews I had read before purchasing were accurate but I couldn't find similar items that would fit.
*UPDATE The mount that holds the stock of my ,17 air rifle has cracked and came loose. Terrible design, I think only to make the mounts very adaptable to different applications. I put a hose clamp around it and that seems to be working in it completely breaks off which I'm sure it will.
