I will admit that the device itself is not premium quality. You get what you pay for and if you expect a high quality item, you need to pay the appropriate amount for what you should expect. What I will say, though, is that this company's customer service is A+++ and completely deserving of a 5 Star Review. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the product, to correct whatever imperfections there were in my satisfaction, and offer options and alternatives to make sure that I wasn't happy with the purchase. I personally would likely buy a higher quality canister simply because my use of the item is much higher than I think it is designed for, but I would 100% do business with this company again and again.

The cartridge will not load. I can't get the cap aligned on the track without it hissing and it all escapes outside of the container (It also froze my finger from the escaped gas). Maybe it's defective. I've wasted a box cartridges on this thing and they are not working because of this canister I purchased on 6/26!

The charger holder is plastic but very thick. I broke the first one because was in a hurry and cranked it extremely hard. As long as you don't go overboard with force this won't happen. Threads are thick and seem to hold up very well. I returned the first one to Amazon and got a refund. The company then contacted me and apologized for the problem with the first one, offered to send me a new one free of charge, even though I'd been refunded already. I accepted and they sent me a new one. I was impressed with the level of customer service. The charger is a good one too. Not at the level of the high-end models but that's to be expected. Works very well and looks sharp, has a sturdy weight and feel to it. Overall positive experience and good product for price.
