I am giving this 2 stars right now but will update rating.

I purchased this item last year for September for my birthday for anticipation for Spring Turkey Season. When I first got it, everything looked great:
It fits
-Ameristep Care Taker Hub Blind with ease,
- 1 holding soft chair (could do 2 easy),
-3 decoys,
-Shotgun on the side,
-headlamp, bottle of water, snacks, etc.
I test fitted everything, and there was no issues. I store bag, in my hunting tote, in my walkin closet in the house and wait for spring.

Thursday before I leave on a 3 day spring turkey weekend trip, I start getting everything loaded up an ready. I grab one of the small inner straps to snap it, and it rips right off. There was no real force exhausted on the strap just popped right off. Needless to say, I still took the bag with me that weekend. All the other straps / buckles worked fine, but had me a little worried the whole trip. I will be reaching out to seller / MFG to see if they can help me out on this. If not since I bought it last year, I understand... I am currently a little disappointed in the quality of the product.
Meh, wish there was something out there that was designed better.....

Features and construction all around are great EXCEPT how the waist strap is mounted. The base of the pack is squared off and th thick portion of the waist strap is rather long, which means the waist strap when buckled makes a large capital D shape. This makes it hard to acquire enough surface area on someone (especially with a 32" waist) to provide enough tension to hold the blind correctly.

I may return this or attempt to alter it myself. As it sits, i cannot hike with it, as the waist straps would do nothing to hold the pack up.
Great Carry-All!

I do Wildlife/Nature photography and I needed something to carry all my gear in one bag and did some research and found this and it is what I have needed for years! Everything fits and is secured. I have disabilties and hard for me to walk and carry things..This takes care of it and is made really well! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is...It needs to have the shoulder straps...height adjustable...The COG is very low and pulls you down some in the rear...Definitely not a dealbreaker...just wish the COG...could be adjusted.
Does exactly what is intended.

Very handy when hauling tents in and out of the woods rather than the cheap bags that the tent manufacturers send them in. Comforable, well balanced, plenty of space. No complaints except for one. It arrived with one of the plastic clips on the retaining straps was broken.....BUT I called Horn Hunter who makes the backpack and they are sending me a replacement as I type. So overall very happy assuming it arrives before Christmas.
I didn't like the bag it came in and it was heavier ...

bought a new double bull blind for turkey hunting with my boys. I didn't like the bag it came in and it was heavier and bulkier than some of the cheaper blinds. This took care of the problem. I can haul the blind, two chairs, shooting sticks, decoys and motion stake in one pack. I know it shouldn't take that much gear to kill a turkey but it increases success with the youngsters. It's a lot of back pack for fifty two dollars.
