I used this product for the first time the other day and the bags worked fine. The only thing I didn't like was that all the oxygen absorbers were in the same package. I ordered some quart bags at the same time and the oxygen absorbers were sealed in packs of 4 or 5 and that seems reasonable since you may not use them all at one time.

VERY nice for the price! The bags are not as thick as others, so these are best for non-pokey items like powders (flour, corn meal, sugar, etc). I've had to double bag a couple of things like apple-chips because I'm afraid they will poke through the mylar.

Love buying the one gallon bags. If I need smaller ones I just cut them down, seal the 3 sides, fill, add an oxygen absorber packet an Voila! My product is taken care of.
