Best bowling book I have ever read, covers many subjects and leaves nothing out. A must read for anyone including those self styled Pro's.

Mark's video and book are excellent. I average 210 and the information would be really good if I wasn't 75 years old and don't have a backswing above my head. Mark's system works really well if you have a big backswing and can work out the timing. That's the whole of the system, and knowing the bowlers he uses (this video is pretty old but good for current conditions and equipment) tells me it works well. To be truthful I would recommend contacting Mark's bowling center via his web site. For $150 you can send video to Mark at his training center in Southern California and get good instruction virtually. The instructions on how to do the video and get the instructions (for less you can get a single lesson) at markbakerbowling. I think this would be a more effective training session than viewing the video or reading the book. They would be better as reminders of what you learned from the virtual session(s). Or, even better, go to his center and get personal instruction.

Diandra gives you the basic fundamentals in a easy to understand way. Norm Dukes video is better for more advanced players!
