Quality whipped cream maker.
RyanApril 5, 2017
I got this for my wife for actual whip cream making (not "recreational" whip cream making). She loves it now. Just a little heavy cream, and a little suger (or sugar substitute), add a charger, shake it a little, and you get perfect whipped cream. She makes a new batch about 2-3 times a week to top off jello or pudding for dessert. This is all metal (except tips and gaskets) and seems very sturdy. Been using it a few months now and it is still as good as new. Fairly easy to clean as well.

Heavy, stainless, very sturdy construction. Like the how silicone cover on the charger keeps hands from getting frozen.

Wanted to love this little dude, but it developed a small leak after maybe 100 chargers run through. Can hear it hissing..

Hopefully this is an isolated incident

Absolutely the worst cream whipper that I have owned. The half pint iSi that I bought from Williams Sonoma 10 years ago is better than this one. Loses a charge, spits out cream all over the refrigerator, dispenses out uncharged cream rather than the whipped. I have doubled charged the unit, left the NO2 cartridge on the unit & it still gives me uncharged whipped cream. It's the worst & I don't recommend this particular unit to anyone. Pity, that I can't return it otherwise I would.

Really not sure what the problem is here. I ordered one, tried it and it made loose cream. Thought it might be the cartridges that I had from my past dispenser, (even though they were not expired), so I ordered another box of chargers. Didn't help. Thought it might be the charger so I sent it back and ordered another one. Nope. Same problem. I think they must have a bad seal. The last ISI dispenser I bought lasted about 10 years. This one is going back and i am going to try the cheaper one made by another company. Please someone tell me what all of these great reviews are about!
