The dryer is very light and strong but arrived scratched ,looking like a used product not sure if they have low quality standards or I just got a used one or both!!!

Have bought several of these hair dryers ... for myself and my daughters. These hair dryers are the best....the air is hotter and stronger than any we've owned before....they're definitely professional quality. Our hairdresser in Beverly Hills introduced us to this brand of hair dryer a few years ago, and we wanted to be able to use it at home. The salon sold them, but they're quite a bit cheaper to buy on Amazon. I also love the compatible Parlux diffuser for my curly hair.
