Compressed air pipe cleaner is very good but rubber endings adapters are missing or not sold

Compressed air pipe cleaner is very good but rubber endings adapters are missing or not sold. The big one contained in the package is too big for using in sinks and for that reason I had to adapt rubber cushions from other tools.
As a tip for other buyers please look in the stores for threaded washer 1/2 inch diameter which can be added on the end of the included pipe to stabilize removable rubber fitted adapter adequate to cleaned hole diameter. Without that washer rubber fitting (not included) slips down on the 1/2 inch pipe included in package when you hold tool against cleaned hole of the drain.

My order arrived on the date scheduled in an unopened undamaged carton. It shipped fast. I love this product. In my opinion it's better than using harsh chemicals you'd use on a stubborn clog that slowly eat away at the pipes. It's easy to use.

In the first use The product worked Ok and I wrote a review about it. But in the second use, the air pump shaft (aluminum handle) was broken out. The aluminum shaft separated from the air piston at 0,4 Mpa. These pieces were not tigtened enough or they didn't have an appropiated a mechanical clamp.
I'm very disapointed about this product SDT 95.
I have to mention that the seller has a good costumer service and suggested my to apply the guarantee and return it.
I'm not able to return it because to difficult logistics to return it.
I made a mistake buying this brand tool, with poor desing and bad assembly. The cheapest bicycle tire inflator air pump has a better design and manufactured than rhis SDT 95.
This time I loose my money but this prevent me and other people to buy a product with not good reputation product in the future, loosing money and time consuming.
