I'am a retired Cat mechanic, so you can understand the worn out knees and back pain that is constant. The Pain Spray is a great help in keeping me mobile. I still like to tinker in the garage and ride my bicycle and this product makes it fun again. I have to cut off the inner straw so I can spray it upside down. So finely, don't spray it on sinsitive areas, if you know what I mean.
