It's not good enough
Cheapest option to repair hoses.

This is the cheapest option you have to repair hoses. Little tricky to use but still simple. And it works for the price. Your other option out there is $200 plus so be happy it costs. $50 bucks.
5/8" bands

This tool will not work well with the 5/8" bandit straps. Not enough leverage to tighten the 5/8" bands. Don't recommend 5/8" bands with this tool!!!

Just opened the tool for multiple repairs and appears the ratchet device is damaged. Extremely disappointing. Have many hoses to repair. Please contact me if possible and I will send tool back and hope to get a good one soon.
