I bought this exact mixer used over 6 years ago and have found it to be great for a homeowner who needs to mix a fairly large amount of concrete. This is the type rental companies use. I have poured a lot of concrete with this mixer at two houses. I have occasionally used it on the stand to facilitate dumping it into a wheelbarrow. However, where possible (most of the time) I have used it as a combination mixer/wheelbarrow as it moves right up to where the concrete is needed. It cleans up easily and certainly is durable. It beats my old beater first concrete mixer that had no wheels and weighed a ton. My next project is a 1.5 cubic yard sidewalk extension. This beats the high cost of renting a concrete trailer. I have my mix ready in previously measured buckets.
