Quackers has consistently been my dog's favorite treat and ordering from Amazon and ZQUARED has been easy and trouble free, but I recently ordered two one pound containers, which arrived on time and intact as usual, but the product inside both containers was not dry and crisp enough to break in two, and was instead rubbery and hard to break apart. It does not appeal to my dog. There is no batch number listed other than BEST BY 082624. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if it was corrected in other batches. Hope this is the right place to provide this feedback because I'm pleased with the product and seller, but not this most recent order.
