My son was Mike Tyson for Halloween. It fit him (3 1/2 yo) although the cape was a little long. I did attach the gloves together by sewing the ends of the shoelace to each glove since my son didn't want to wear them for very long. The gloves were off the majority of time and hung around his neck.

We got this costume for our 2 year old. Fits great. The robe is long, as stated in other reviews, but easily hemmed. He loves the mini punching gloves that come with it. Perfect for our little bruiser and you can't beat the cost.
