I love my foil sheets and use them for everything! They are not sandwich sized, so great for storing things, wrapping leftovers up and putting them into the oven to heat, covering up leftovers which stay much fresher in the refrigerator, and wonderful for wrapping cold cuts, etc. instead of leaving them in the package. I used them today for my cheese, and have gotten twice the longevity! This week I had a painter here doing some work and he asked if I had any foil, as he had to stop painting in the middle of the job for he found some rot in one of the boards, and now he too is ordering the foil for he wrapped his brush in this Daily Chef Foil Sheet and the paint on the brush remained just as though he took it out of the can. I would give this a #10 if you had offered it. LOVE MY FOILS!!
