Quality Paint

I love to paint. I was tired of going through small tubes of paint so frequently. I love these half-gallon bottles! Colors are great quality. The yellow and red are a bit transparent, but I think that is common with most acrylic reds and yellows. My One-year-old and I had fun making hand and foot prints with the leftover paint from my pallet.

Red paint growing MOLD!

Very disappointed in this paint. I needed something quick for my son's project of paining rocks into planets, so I couldn't send it back, otherwise I would have. When I was opening the paints, the red did not have a foil cover sealing it shut. It had been previously open and the paper insert in the cap was covered in a brown mold and the paint was growing white fuzzy mold! SO GROSS! The paints otherwise worked well to cover the rocks, but we didn't use the red and I threw it out. It seems like the paint must have been opened and then returned and sent to me with being looked at. I will not be buying from this company again.

This Acrylic Paint set came as described. Colors are bold and beautiful!
If you are buying this set for private or class room use I would suggest to definitely buy the pumps along with it.
I chose not to and regret it now. The spout is too large to pour a small amount out at a time. Other than that its great. You can mix them easily to create different colors and the pictures look nice.
Overall, this set saved me a lot of money if you compare it to the tiny paint bottles you get at the superstore... ;)
