Installation was pretty easy, just tie it off to the cross bracket at the top of your tetherball pole; the ball is not too soft and doesn't hurt the kids' hands / fingers. You will need the pin inflator for your air pump to pump it up, but it does hold the air well and we haven't had to add air yet after two months of use.

This is my second one and kids really like it. The texture and bright colors are nice. It is kept outside full time in heat and cold, so the color will fade in 2-3 years or so( can't remember when I bought the old one), all the other kinds faded in a season.

Unfortunately, this didn't survive more than three hours play for my australian shepherd - but he loved those three hours... perhaps nothing will survive his teeth!

Great replacement for our pole. Came un-inflated but simple to inflate. Ample cord to attach it to our pole, Love the colors.
