great fit & great quality
Did not fit my oval dryer vent

Don't get me wrong, this is a solid, good looking adapter... if just did NOT fit my application.
My friend's dryer vent is an oval designed to fit vertically in a standard wall (stud thickness). The picture looked good, but when I put this adapter beside my vent, it was obviously far too large. I ended up squishing a normal 4" dryer vent into the needed shape and using some aluminum tape to improve its seal.
