expired!

I ordered a pack of these in November and received them November 21, 2017. I used them without checking the expiration date for the past couple of days, but thought the coffee tasted a bit funny from previous experiences - maybe it's just my not yet awake taste buds! Today, I pulled out a pack that was crunchy and congealed. hm, that's weird. I check the expiration, it expired this past July! Be careful when ordering!
"Best Before" date wiped clean on every individual packet. Old, expired product???

Every single individual serving packet has had its "Best Before" date wiped clean! I strongly suspect this is "old product". Starbucks packaging was also very abused and crumpled.
The worst!!

The worst !!!
The item has been packed in a bag without a case.
Even the expiration date is 26 sep.2017!
Several ruined packets in package from Deals Plus

Open the package expecting a normal box of 50 Starbucks VIA packets. Instead found a white plastic mailer of repackaged VIA packers.Totally unsure of the authenticity of the coffee. Several of the packets were not sealed correctly or exposed to water during packaging, ruining the coffee inside. Expiration date is September 2017, but you can feel the coffee is crystallized and hard inside the packets.
VIA Rocks, Better than Most Brews!

We used to have a Kuerig. We'd rate each type (tried about 50) and also asked guest to rate in a spreadsheet. (Yes, that's how we roll) But VIA always got the best ratings (even over Starbucks K-Cups) so we gave our Kuerig away and just use these. Just incredible, easy, and works for expresso to regular brew depending on how much water.

All VIAs are good, but the Decaf Italian is near perfect. Only in a few places in Vancouver and Seattle have I had this good of strong, smooth coffee.

For epicurian guests at the house, I sneak to the kitchen, use the electric water kettle to heat up some filtered water, mix a packet into a coffee press (sliding in the mettle press faux style) then serve. . "Wow, really good, what type of coffee is this?" Heh, heh.
