When I purchased this, I didn't realize that you need a high temperature waffle iron in order for the sugar to melt. I am sure this is a fine product, but for now it is sitting in my cupboard, waiting for use perhaps with Christmas cookies, while I had intended to use it already for liege waffles.

Bought this sugar for making chouquettes! I did end up finding pearl sugar in a local supermarket that was a bit cheaper but I was plenty happy with these. I ended up using them on many other cakes and cookies. The sugar adds a nice touch to many desserts.
