Must admit that i have only had this for one day but so far am very impressed with it. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality. It looks beautiful in my living room. I have been wanting to buy a home with a fireplace but have not done so yet and thought this would be a poor substitute but the ambience of the fire and lighting make it somewhat realistic. The wood and tiling is beautiful.
I bought it as a supplemental heater to my home heat and find it works very well. It does have a fan but is very quiet. I am heating a room, small kitchen and dining area of about 500 square feet.
To get the true fireplace feel, I have Alexa playing fireplace crackling sounds and ordered a fireplace smelling candle. PS. I never ever give reviews but felt that this product was worth it.

So far, I love this fireplace! Much larger than most, and very nice looking flames. I just hope the heater holds up "“ especially for the price. Hopefully it can be replaced with other inserts if need be. Also, kitty approved (photo)!

Was so excited when I finally decided to order this. Love the look in my living room but sadly after only a couple months the flame started flickering and going out. Once it was off for a while I could turn it back on but it wouldn't always stay on. Didn't use for a couple months and forgot about it but turned it on during a rainy day not long ago and it wouldn't stay lit.....very disappointed. 12/4/16: Now can't get flame or fan to stay running at all! Keeps shutting itself off..... Very frustrating!!

We bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas, she lives in California in a small one bedroom senior community. My husband and his brother put it together with ease. The quality of the fireplace is really good. It is really sturdy and not wobbly at all. It looks really good in the small living room that she has and is not to big for the space. She puts her t.v on top and it looks great. The heater works well, although it's not really needed where she lives, she does use it sometimes, but we did try it out and boy does it heat up her small place qiuck it also comes with a remote so that she doesn't have to get up to adjust the flame, or the heat temp (when using). She likes the look of the flames and the adjustability she can do with it. We had it shipped to her place instead of ours to make it easier on the guys. The delivery people put it in her house for her and when the guys got there they did the rest. The box came in perfect condition, no damage, no nothing....which is good cause some items of that size get a little banged up at times. The product itself looks just like the picture, so there were no hidden surprises. The dementions are right, instructions on how to put it together were good. Overall I will say my mother-in-law is very pleased with her Christmas gift.

I purchased it for me for Christmas. BEST gift I ever got from me. I'm 60 years old, put it together myself. ALONE. Could have been a little easier with two people but I do everything myself. I purchased wood wick-FIRESIDE Crackling candle, and a fire-place crackling sound box. People caught off guard during the holidays thought I had a real fire-place added to my home because it's the only thing it did not have that I wanted sooooo bad. The tree ,the fire-place , the smell, the sound, all working for me. AWESOME!!!!!!
