This nasal spray is great for relieving stuffiness from allergies. I try to always keep some on hand.

I have allergies and use cpap-so a stuffy, plugged nose is no good. Usually, I end up depending on Afrin and then comes the rebound where nothing helps me stop and I can't breathe through my nose at all. Until now. I've twice used this spray to help me out of nasal spray rebound and combat allergy nose. It always works for me after a day or two of consistent use.

I had first bought this product a few years ago- back then it said "Hay Fever" spray. I hadn't known what 'hay fever' meant exactly but I have a strong sensitivity to dust and that dank, musty smell. It has been re-labeled, but it is still Similasan and the same active ingredient and everything is the same as far as I can tell, except that the bottle is plastic now instead of brown glass. I'm so glad to have found it again because I needed a refill.

If I go in a basement or area that is dusty I sneeze immediately and continuously. A spray of this in each nostril stops that instantly. I doubt this would work if you were sneezing from a cold- but I'm not certain because I've never tried using it that way. I have allergies that make me sneeze and this is the perfect remedy.

I'll admit I don't really know how this works, but I'd rather use a homeopathic spray that works INSTANTLY than take a benadryl or zertec which both provide some help for me but it takes a long time. This is more thorough relief for me.

I only spray this once and my symptoms are gone, I don't need to use more. I hope they always make this product.

My only complaint would be that I preferred the glass bottle over the plastic one.

I've used Simlasan's products for years and I'm always amazed how well they work. The allergy eye drops are awesome. Nothing has helped my allergies like the Nasal allergy spray. It doesn't irritate my sinuses, the nozzle is small so you can direct it some, and doesn't taste like saline sprays do. Neilmed always burns so I stopped using it. If I run out and rely on saline alone, I get some relief, but not like this.

I also use and recommend the MyPurmist. It is easy to use, and is free of chemicals. I also use an air purifier. By combining all of these remedies, I can breathe through my nose without having to breathe through my mouth. I used to get 4 colds per year if not more. I would miss a month of work every year because of this. Once I got these "˜tools' together, I no longer get colds. If I feel as though I'm coming down with something, using the MyPurmist and nasal sprays I'm usually feeling 100% the next day. Our bodies are designed to metabolize stored body fat by using the oxygen you take in through your nose. I sleep better at night, and I'm more calm during the day. I also have less pain. I'm immune compromised, and my last cold lasted 2 months.

It works and can't be found in local stores.
