Best way to sharpen a chain

Once you figure out the instructions (viewing usage on YouTube is a virtual must if you've never used one of these), it works great. They could make the included instructions much clearer. They seem to assume the reader has sharpened chains before.

Bought my first chainsaw to prepare for Hurricane Irma clean-up. Used the saw for many hours in the weeks following the hurricane. I'm completely new to owning and using a chainsaw, so I had no idea how to sharpen a chain or what tools were required. I spent some time watching videos on YouTube to learn how to properly sharpen/maintain the chain and that's when I saw one of these sharpeners being used. Even though the cost on this item was more than buying or using individual sharpening tools I felt like this would be a better all-in-one solution.
I have been very pleased with how this tool keeps the chain sharp. My chain was definitely showing signs of being dull after several hours of use. I used this sharpener and the chain was cutting like new again. I would definitely recommend this item.

Easy to use and did the job well. Chainsaw was back to chewing threw wood with easy after sharpening with this sharpener.
