EXCELLANT PRODUCT, FAST DELIVERY--PHONE # IS THERE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS---IM DOING A RE-ORDER THIS WEEK AND STILL HAVE PLEANTY OF THE SALT THEY GIVE YOU WITH ORDER--I USED THE SPRAY BUTTER INSTEAD OF WATER AND THEY CAME OUT WONDERFULLY SOFT AND TASTY --POPED IN MICRO FOR 30 SECONDS ALL BUTTERED AND SALTED AND IT WAS EVEN BETTER THAN THE FAIR/circus ONES OR FLEA MARKET VENDORS ONES--KEPT THEM IN PANTRY WITH NO PROBLEM--STAYED NICE AND FRESH---YUM---NEW ORDER ARRIVING IN A FEW DAYS !!!!

Soft, lightly chewy large pretzels = you gotta love 'em! Something to keep on hand for special treats or light meals. They're not enormous, maybe 6"“7" wide (don't have one in my pocket right now 🤪 but not the giant versions. Pop in the microwave (I do 50 sec.), then a bit of butter spray and a sprinkle of the provided coarse salt. There is a very generous bag of salt with each order. Actually much more than I use, but tastes differ. If you need more salt that this, you'd better see a doctor! After ordering boxes of 6 for a time, the vendor actually sent me an email to let me know there was a 25 piece option which was cheaper. Nice touch!

Had a little bit of an off taste to them. They came thawed not frozen and we froze them so that might have altered the taste. Maybe it was just the type being Bavarian I'm not sure. We didn't like them as much as normal soft pretzels but thats not to say there was anything wrong with them. Giving 4 stars because I think it was more our tatse than the product itself that made us not like them and they don't deserve to be discredited for that.

These were delicious soft jumbo pretzels. I was hoping to find something on amazon you would get at a local street market or carnival and this was it. They came individually wrapped so they stayed fresh and came with plenty of salt to apply. My family enjoyed them with nacho cheese. Our local brewery down the street sells what seems to be the exact same thing for $7/ea. So these were an affordable snack. We will be ordering again.

The first shipment I received was a problem - one of the ten individually packaged pretzels was quite moldy and the salt to sprinkle on the pretzels was missing. I submitted a review (with a photo) noting these problems and Amazon said, "sorry, we can't post your review" (but gave no reason why). No idea what's up with that, will have to wait and see if this review gets posted. Anyway, I also left package feedback for the seller. Although I never received a written response to my complaint, I did receive another/replacement package of 10 pretzels. All the items in the second package were fresh and quite tasty, and the salt was included (which really makes a difference). In the end, the pretzels were excellent, enjoyed by everyone and a really nice snack. Based on my experience, however, I would say that ordering from this company is a bit iffy -- great product, but some concern that it will arrive fresh and complete.
