So first off, the flimsy potentiometer broke while I was trying to adjust the volume during installation. I was able to get it to work in a fixed position, but not up as high as it should have been so it was always quiet. I got it installed and working, but even with the unit switched off, it interferes with radio signal. When power to the unit is completely cut--not just by using the included switch--radio signal comes back to full strength.
All in all, it worked well enough for a couple of years. In the last couple of weeks it has started failing. When I first start the car, the unit will work for maybe 10 minutes average, then the audio completely cuts out. The unit is still on and still blocking radio signal, there's just no audio coming from the device plugged into it.

Words are not enough to express how much this has made a difference in my driving experience. I always fumbled with making new CDs and trying to buy cassette player adapters that connected to my phone, just so I would have good music. This took no more than 20 minutes to install and even came with everything needed for the installation. It connects directly into your stereo, has an on/off stitch, and even has a USB port to charge your electronics (though honestly the USB port isn't worth installing because it charges so slowly). Having the charging cord for my phone and the auxillary cable lying around the drivers side of the car was a little messy for me so I ended up just buying a bluetooth dongle to connect into the aux port of this radio integration system.
Highly recommend for updating an older vehicle

Bought this for my daughter who inherited a dearly loved but old Odyssey van. She did not ask that we repair the dings or scratches. Instead, she asked if she could update the audio system as well as add an auxiliary input. We are not tech savvy so we took it to a friend who installed it quickly. Works really well. Very easy to use. Not complicated or confusing. Moreover, we ordered it on the 20th and it arrived before Christmas. She is very happy.

Ordered this device for my wifeson car on August 6th 2015, received a short while later and installed that night. In the last month or so the connections have become rather useless. The connections have to be messed with in order to get good sound quality as well as the charging port has started to run when it wants to which is never. I have gone through all the conectons and double checked everything twice. Wish the connections weren't so weak I'd buy a couple more of these devices for other family members but I will have to look into another device.

This modulator is great. The sound quality on it is good (huge improvement over a regular FM wireless transmitter) and it is pretty easy to install. The sound quality is not the same as a direct line in into a stereo because every once in a while I still hear some crackling, but overall I love it. The instructions are easy to understand, and the hole drilling guides are accurate. I was able to get this installed in my dash in a few days and I love how clean it makes my car look!
