Good material and adhesive

Used this and spackle to patch up some holes from screws for a shelf as the plaster was coming off. Does a good job sticking to the wall. I'd just say let the spackle behind it dry first a little before putting this on other wise it won't dry as fast.

This doesn't have the hard backing like most repair patches. This leaves the hole very spongy when you touch it. Also without the backing, the spackle goes right through the material and is very hard to make a nice clean repair. A lot of the spackle seeps through the material wasting a lot of it.

I used this to patch some larger holes in the attic that some birds must have pecked open. A couple staples to hold it in place then expanding foam to fill the hole in the plywood.
The stick is good, but the mesh is soft and too flexible ...

Purchased for a gap in some drywall. This is for cracks, not wider than a half-inch or so. The stick is good, but the mesh is soft and too flexible for anything wuder than a deep crack. The mesh won't support the weight of spackle on a ceiling, it pulls right down.
Worked well to patch my wall!

I made a few holes in my walls that were not needed when running cable through them. This worked great as part of the patching process. The amount that comes with it is generous and was pleased with it!
