As lovers of Swedish Farmer's Cheese, we were delighted with the quality of this cheese. We were somewhat dubious about having the cheese shipped to Florida during late June's heat, but we needn't have worried at all. The cheese arrived double-boxed with heavy wrapping to keep it cool inside the inner box, and it was still plenty cool inside when I opened the inner box. We will be ordering from this company again!!

While this is certainly a tasty cheese, it's incorrectly labeled. Traditional "Swedish Farmer's Cheese" is bondost, which is a darker color and different flavor.
